Custom Saw Milling

SAW MILLING FOR STRUCTURAL LOGS

Procure high quality logs or have your logs custom milled.

If your log construction project calls for structural components we can provide rough sawn logs or also offer milling services to cut logs you provide into the dimensions of choice. If warranted, we have a mobile mill that can be transported on site to take on larger jobs with lots of logs. Contact us to determine which option is best suited for your log construction project.

Available Dimensions

We're able to custom mill logs into any dimension you need but we commonly mill structural beams that are 4x4, 6x6, 8x8 or 10x10 and cut to any lengths needed. Ask us about or mobile mill option for larger projects.

Pricing

Pine, red and white cedar, ash, black walnut, elm, maple, red and white oak, locust, hackberry, and boxelder boards, beams and slabs are all sawn in a variety of widths and lengths. Pricing is dependent upon species availability.

Self-Provided Logs

If you're providing the logs to be custom milled the cost will be $85 per hour. Depending on the size of the project it may be more practical for us to bring our mobile mill on-site. Please connect with us to learn more about this option.
